This is my daughter at a park feeding ducks after the flood.
The Power Line logo represents the 613 laws that the Jewish people wrote, not God's law. It was man's law, a law we could not keep. The rainbow is God's promise and makes Calvary's hill. It is on this hill that the three telephone poles represent the three crosses. The power lines on the top go directly from the power source to the recepticle. He is the power source, we are the recepticle. The communication lines on the bottom go from believers to the throne of grace on which Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God. He is our Advocate, the Lord Jesus Christ. Both power lines and communication lines are our only hope to complete the circuits in a neverending cycle of love.

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2

Georgia Flooding
On Sunday, September 20, 2009, the South Cobb area experienced what many have referred to as the 500 year flood. Many of our Powder Springs and Austell citizens lost their homes, as well as, all of their possessions. The city had a number of neighborhoods impacted by the flood. It is estimated that 1220 in the Cobb County area were affected by the flood. Paulding, Douglas, Fulton, Dekalb and Gwinnett counties are still assessing the damage of the disaster.
